Ptengine

Ptengine is our all-in-one web analytics and optimization platform. It uses AI to power features such as A/B test optimization and delivery, helping marketers make data-driven decisions faster.

Third-Party AI Services

Our product integrates with the following third-party AI services via our internal API gateway:

• OpenAI (GPT-4) — Used for features such as page analysis summaries, content generation, and data insights.
• Anthropic (Claude) — Available as a fallback model through the same internal gateway.
• Kocoro AI Platform (operated by Ptmind) — Used for specialized agents including landing page optimization, semantic annotation, page analysis, and element editing.

How We Use AI

AI features operate on website analytics data — heatmaps, page content, and visitor behavior. These capabilities include:

• Page analysis summaries and data insights
• Content generation for optimization
• Landing page optimization and element editing
• Semantic annotation of page elements

Google User Data

Our app requests Gmail scopes (gmail.send, gmail.readonly) for email marketing (EDM) functionality, and BigQuery scopes for data integration. Google user data accessed through these scopes is not sent to any AI/LLM service. AI features operate exclusively on website analytics data, not on Gmail or BigQuery data.

Data Handling

• We do not use our own AI model — all AI functionality is provided through the third-party services listed above.
• We implement PII masking on data before it is sent to any AI service.
• User data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
